Features:
The tester POWER TEST 0701/0702 3P is used to test for repair and for re-examination of portable test equipment with a power up to 25kW. It contains all standard power outlets for AC and three-phase loads.
For convenient inspection of extension cords are attached to the connector sockets. The network connection is via a 32A CEEDose. Connection cable for 16A CEE and shockproof are available. The instrument and accessories is located in a rugged protective case.
The POWER TEST 0701/0702 3P contains some measures to protect the Examiner:
- The 16A circuits in the device are covered separately.
- A built-in residual current monitor will turn the power off automatically when the test specimen dangerous fault currents (greater than 20 mA).
- A connection identifier detects the presence of the PE connector in the system and check the phase rotation of the feed.
The measurements are all integrated on a test lead wire compensation.
All according to DIN VDE 0701 and DIN VDE 0702 required measurements are possible:
Passive measurements (DUT is not powered up):
- Protective conductor resistance
- Insulation resistance
- Equivalent Leakage
Active measurements (device under test is supplied with power via a contactor):
- Protective conductor current (difference current method)
- Contact current
- Voltage, current and power measurement over the full rated power. Parallel to the performance measurement is a continuous differential current measurement.
As measurements are also possible:
- Temperature measurement via an adapter
- Clip-on current measurements
Operation is menu-driven via a backlit LCD display. In order to meet different user groups, user profiles are the "professional" and "Beginner" set. Before the test, a classification of the test is to define the test procedure and the setting of limits on the chosen VDE regulations. (Eg, protection class, heating, ground wire length). Test sequences for lines and fixed installations are also available.
The measured values are automatically stored in the device and can then read by the PC and a convenient database and logging software (option), printed and archived. The distinction of the samples via an identification number input via the keyboard or a barcode reader can be connected to the interface.
