Zoom lens AF18-200mm FA / 3,5-6,3 Tu XR II LD Aspherical [IF] MACRO
Provoke your digital reflecting reflex camera with this "digital" zoom lens. 18th-200th of Tu II mega zoom objectives stands in the tradition of the legendary Tamron and has a 11.7-fold zoom which corresponds to a focal length area from 28-300mm in analogous miniature cameras. It belongs of the new Tamron Tu objective generation II which were constructed exclusively for digital reflecting reflex cameras with small picture sensor. By his gigantic focal length area objective is suited das18-200mm as a standard for practically all photographic opportunities. Especially on travelling the ultracompact and light construction method provides for unclouded photo fun.
The new high-capacity zoom lens AF18-200mm Tu II works with an absolutely new optical construction with which glasses XR (extra Refractive index) are used in an innovative manner to optimise the distribution of the optical achievement in the whole focal length area. This construction reduces different aberrations on the absolute minimum and allows at the same time a clearly more compact construction. Moreover, three asphärische hybrid elements and two elements of LD glass (Low dispersion) are used to compensate for chromatic aberration on the axis and in the image borders. This factor is for a high quality in the digital photograph of special meaning. The result is a many-sided zoom lens with prominent optical quality. Moreover, it reaches an image scale from 1:3,7 and is suited so also for macro admissions. The close set border amounts to 45 cm.
Tu II: Please, note that objectives Tu are suitable II generations only for digital cameras by a sensor size of no more than 16x24mm and can be used n i c h t with full format sensors or small picture-reflecting reflex cameras, because it comes, otherwise, to Vignettierungen in the edges.
